CLYDE UNION (que engloba las marcas DAVID BROWN, GUINARD, WEIR PUMPS y UNION PUMP) está especializado en el diseño y fabricación de bombas API 610 de gran potencia, paquetes y reparaciones, para las industrias química, nuclear, del petróleo, de gas, de agua y petroquímica. Podemos ser su suministrador de todas sus necesidades de bombas, ya sean centrífugas, alternativas, de vapor, de energía, o de engranajes.
CLYDE ha comprado a finales de 2008 la división de UNION PUMP (Fluid and Power) al grupo norteamericano Textron. De esta forma, el Grupo CLYDE engloba una completísima gama de bombas, con varias plantas en Reino Unido, y fábricas en los siguientes países:
- UNION PUMP: plantas en E.E.U.U. y Canadá.
- WEIR PUMPS: las bombas Weir se fabrican en Glasgow (Reino Unido)
- GUINARD: bombas fabricadas en Annecy (Francia)
- DAVID BROWN: bombas fabricadas en las plantas del Reino Unido.
- Maag Pump Systems: plantas en Reino Unido.
